Claraetta Milford

Claraetta Milford was born on August 23, 1921, in Bluejacket, OK, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, in Edmond, OK, at the age of 89 years. Claraetta, the daughter of Elgin and Etta (Tiley) Wilson, was a resident of Edmond. She married Ted Milford on December 12, 1944. Claraetta worked as an executive secretary for many years and was of the Baptist faith. Her parents, husband, one son, three brothers and one sister preceded Claraetta in death. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Ted and Karen Milford Jr. of Edmond, OK, one daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and John Schallenkamp of Lakewood, CO, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2011, at Davenport Cemetery, Davenport, OK, with Pastor Joe Rhodes officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
