Charlsa Jean Nichols

Charlsa 'Charlie' Jean Nichols was born on April 28, 1945, in Big Spring, Texas, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 62. Charlie, the daughter of Emmil Eugene and Lottie Lee Williams Crittenden, was a resident of Shawnee. She married Ron W. Nichols on October 5, 1977, in Durant, Oklahoma. Charlie was a homemaker who loved all living things. Pets throughout her life included a raccoon, dogs, cats, and many other animals. Charlie loved life and loved to laugh. She looked for the good in everyone and her grandson, Zac, held a very special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Ron Nichols of the home; step-son, Marty Nichols of Dallas, TX; step-daughters, Rhonda Nichols of Ponder, TX, Robbie Kilgore and her husband Roman of McKinney, TX; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; her extended Nichols family; her beloved dog, Prissy; other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with John Wiles officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
