Charlotte Mary Whitehall, of Stroud, OK passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.

Charlotte was born on September 9, 1941, in Paris, MO to Floyd and Mildred (Painter) Hern. Charlotte married Dwight Whitehall in Las Vegas on March 27, 1986. Charlotte and Dwight made a home in Oklahoma and raised their children here. Charlotte was a very hard worker, she finally stopped working at the age of 80. She did what she could to take care of her family. When she was younger, she enjoyed sewing and crocheting, even making all her children’s clothes. She was involved in Stroud City Council for many years as well. She also enjoyed going to the casino in her free time.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Dwight Whitehall, her son Jack Whitehall; her grandson Skeeter Snow; her brothers Dan, Bill, Dean and Larry and her sisters NorMay and Marion.

Charlotte is survived by her children Pam Smith and husband Sherwin, Cindy Hays, Tim Beaver and wife Melanie, Wendy Reneau and husband Brad, Ed Beaver and wife Becky and Ted Beaver and wife Mistie and Steve White; and 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren; along with many extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 10:00AM at Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Stroud, OK with burial to follow at Stroud Cemetery.
