Charles Vernon Hudson

Charles ?Chuck? Vernon Hudson, age 66, was born on September 17, 1938, in Okemah, OK, and departed this life on Wednesday, November 17, 2004, in Midwest City, OK. Chuck was the son of James & Pearl Hallum Hudson. He served in the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1962. He retired from Tinker Air Force Base where he was a parts inspector. Chuck was a faithful member of the Trinity Bible Baptist Church in Choctaw, OK. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, bowling, golfing, and taking the grandchildren to McDonalds. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Clinton; and one grandchild, Allen Kirk Hinote. Survivors include, his wife, Louise Hudson, Newalla, OK; 1 son & daughter-in-law, Charles Dean & Brenda Hudson, McLoud, OK; 3 daughters & 2 sons-in-law, Cynthia & Orville Lake, Del City, OK, Michele Starwalt, Del City, OK, Judy & David Maddox, Newalla, OK; 2 brothers, Leonard Hudson, Nicoma Park, OK, Doyle Vinson, Edmond, OK; 3 sisters, Nelda Parks, Norman, OK, Carolyn Baker, Del City, OK, Connie Little, Edmond, OK; 10 grandchildren, Kristy, Lindsey, Kyle, Kristina, Felica, Michael, Jacob, Kasey, Amanda, Joshua and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 22, 2004, at Trinity Bible Baptist Church, Choctaw, OK, with eulogy by Mark Patterson and Brother Rodney Derkson officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
