Charles Chuck Anthony Williams

Charles Anthony Williams was born in Cushing, Oklahoma on April 29, 1949 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the age of 58 years. Charles was the son of James Harrison and Marvalee Pogue Williams. Charles was a resident of Stroud most of his life. He graduated from Ripley High School in 1968, and was in the United States Army were he served in Vietnam. He married Brenda Sue Burt in Stroud, Oklahoma on December 6, 1975 and worked as a welder for the Oklahoma Turnpike. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Stroud. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, and 2 sisters. Survivors include, Wife, Brenda of the home, One Son, Mark Anthony Williams of Edmond, OK, One Brother, John Val Williams of Stroud, OK, Two Sisters, Jeanie Pruit of Stroud, OK, Joan Walters of Chandler, OK, Other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Stroud, Oklahoma on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Darrell Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Lawson Cemetery in Yale, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
