Charles 'Chock' Manford Collins was born on September 3, 1935, in Prague and departed this life on Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Prague, at the age of 74. Charles 'Chock', the son of Pleze Edgar Collins and Sylvia Cecil (Morelock) Collins, was a resident of Paden, Oklahoma and a lifelong resident of Okfuskee County. Charles married Billie Cheatwood on May 28, 1955 in Okemah, Oklahoma. He was employed at Tinker Air Force Base as a metal tank radiator repairman and retired in March, 1993 after 28 years, and then began working in the oilfield industry. He was employed as a derreck hand at the time of his death. He was a member of the Burnett Mission Church and was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include; wife, Billie Collins of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Arlene Collins of Paden, Sherman and Kaci Collins of Edmond; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Danny Winchester of Prague; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Eunice Collins of Paden, Dean and Ruthie Collins of Paden; sisters and brothers-in-law, Saleeta and Clarence Heard of Paden, Wilma and Sheridan Watts of Paden, Anita and Jerry Smith of Prague; six grandchildren, Darin and his wife, Miranda Winchester, Derek and his wife, Jennifer Winchester, Matt Collins, Emily (Collins) Marrel and her husband, Jared, Taylor Collins, and Brooklyn Collins; two great-grandchildren, Rhett Winchester, and Jace Winchester.
