Charles "Budge" Elmer Gragg Iii

Charles E. 'Budge' Gragg, III of Leavenworth, Kansas, formerly of Prague, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Budge was born August 12, 1960, in Oklahoma City to Charles and Iris Gragg. He graduated from Prague High School in 1979 and Panhandle State University in 1985. He worked as an Activities Specialist in the Texas Correctional System and at the Lansing Correctional Facility in Kansas. His parents preceded Budge in death. Survivors include: sisters: Cherrie (Gragg) James and husband David of Edmond, Carlene Brown and husband Scott of Broken Arrow, Pam Gragg of Falls Church, MD; nieces: Robyn Hammond, Hayden and Ryann James, Clare Durham; nephews:Brandon Stanford and Sy Durham; several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and aunts. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery.
