OBITUARY: Charles Brutus Terry Sr.Brutus Terry Sr., a resident of Stroud, Oklahoma, was born on October 26, 1917 in Depew, Oklahoma and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on August 13, 2005, at the age of 87 years. Brutus was the son of Bob and Ruth Frayer Terry. He married Doris Ann Freeman on April 8, 1939 in Stroud, Oklahoma. He owned and operated Terry Welding & Backhoe Services, was a cattle rancher, and he worked with his brother Johnny and his father Bob Terry in the bulldozer and Oldsmobile business. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Stroud and was a 32nd degree mason. His parents, wife ? Doris Ann, two brothers and one grandson also preceded him in death.
