Cecil W. Borrell, Harrah, OK, age 85, was born on September 14, 1920, in Cement, OK. He was the son of Clyde & Lydia Markman Borrell. He went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2006, at his home in Harrah. In 1946, Cecil married Jean Johnson. They made Harrah their home since 1971. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during WW II and the Korean Conflict. He retired from the military with over 20 years of service. Cecil also retired from Tinker AFB where he was a supervisor in the liquid fuel maintenance department. He was a member of the NCO, the Okla. Farmers Union and the Okla. Cattlemen?s Association. He enjoyed fishing and raising cattle. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include his wife, Jean of the home; 1 son, Dennis N. Borrell, Midwest City, OK; 3 daughters & 1 son-in-law, Denise & Randy Williams, Bethany, OK, Sherry Bowen, Oklahoma City, OK, Melissa Bowen, Oklahoma City, OK; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 2006, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
