Cecil Edward Baugher

Cecil Edward Baugher was born on November 13, 1951 in Shepherd, Tennessee, and departed this life on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at his home in Sparks, OK, at the age of 58. Cecil was the son of Cecil Smith Baugher and Joann Sexton. He was a resident of Sparks, Oklahoma and worked as a welder. His father preceded Cecil in death, survivors include, mother, Joann Sexton of Madison, AL, two sons, Tommy Jones of Davenport, OK, Justin Bell of Yale, OK, nine daughters, Annie Baugher of Del City, OK, Jackie Baugher of Yale, OK, April Wolford of Okla. City, OK, Cora Clarkson of Del City, OK, Bonnie Baugher of Arab, AL, Lisa Jones of Sparks, OK Jessia Jones of Sparks, OK, Crystal Crews of Athens, AL, Jennifer Joann Harwell of, Prague, OK, two sisters, Sheri Sexton of Madison, AL, Deborah Ragland Cullmon AL, 12 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
