Cecelia Martha Duggan

Cecelia Martha Duggan was born on August 10, 1908, in Harrah, OK, and departed this life on Sunday, August 7, 2005, in Prague, OK, at the age of 96. Cecelia, the daughter of Andrew Frank and Mary Anna Jorski Nowakowski, was a resident of Prague. She married David L. Duggan on November 25, 1937 in Seminole. They made their home in Shawnee until 1966 when they moved to Prague. David preceded Cecelia in death on July 18, 2002. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Her parents, four brothers, and five sisters also preceded Cecelia in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Donald L. and Carole Duggan of Shawnee; daughter, Regina C. Duggan of Prague; brother and sister-in-law, Leo and Minnie Nowakowski, Harrah; sister, Emily Dunaway of Shawnee; 3 grandchildren, Don & Angela Duggan of Owasso, Dean & Angie Duggan of Prague, Chris & Angela Duggan of Shawnee; and 7 great-grandchildren.
