Carolyn Linda Rannals

Carolyn Linda Rannals, 69, McLoud, OK, was born January 12, 1943, in Sulphur, OK. She was the daughter of J. C. & Lucille (Eldred) Griffin. She left this life on Friday, June 22, 2012, in McLoud, OK. Carolyn graduated from Star Spencer High School. She and Cecil Rannals were married on May 29, 1961, in Midwest City, OK. While raising their three children she was very active in the 4H clubs. Her hobbies included sewing, making quilts, gardening especially flower gardens, but most of all she loved spending time with and taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father and grandson, Dustin Swinney. She is survived by her husband, Cecil Rannals, McLoud, OK; son & daughter-in-law, Jerrod & Penni Rannals, McLoud, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Lana & Benny Milam, McLoud, OK, Tammie & Richard Hall, Chandler, OK; mother, Lucille Griffin, Shawnee, OK; 2 sisters & brother-in-law, Pam Griffin, Dale, OK, Jennifer & Billy Odell, Shawnee, OK; 2 grandchildren, Mandie Frazier & Colt Rannals; 2 great-grandchildren, Madison & Devyn Frazier and many other family and friends. The wake will be 7:00 PM, Monday, June 25, 2012, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, McLoud, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, McLoud, OK, with Father Lucas Raj Pinapati officiating. Interment to follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
