Carolyn Forsyth

Carolyn Forsyth, long-time Davenport, Oklahoma, resident, was born January 18, 1941, in Modesto, California, and departed this life August 14, 2016, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 75 years. Carolyn was the daughter of Reed and Rula Mark. She was active in the Davenport Chamber of Commerce, the Democratic Party, and was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Her parents, husband, one son, and one brother preceded Carolyn in death. Survivors include, two sons and daughters-in-law, Vernon and Lori Forsyth of Chandler, Oklahoma, and Richard and Tina Forsyth of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers, David and Thomas Mark of California; four grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
