Caroline Marie Kishketon

Caroline Marie Kishketon was born in Stroud, Oklahoma on February 12, 1921 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on Saturday February 23, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Caroline is the daughter of Thomas Shaw and Bessie Grant Morris. Caroline was a resident of Stroud, Oklahoma since 2002 moving from McCloud, Oklahoma. She married Dwight Kishketon, was a member of the Native American Church, and worked as a Seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 1 daughter, Betty Carol Butler, and 2 sisters, Celesta Morris and Mae Warrior. Survivors include, Three Sons, Harry Butler of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Edgar Butler of Drumright, Oklahoma, Rowe Kishketon of Shawnee, Oklahoma, One Daughter,Almeda Harris of Stroud, Oklahoma, One Brother, Thomas Morris Jr. of Stroud, Oklahoma, One Sister, Ruth Nullake of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Nine Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, Other relatives and Friends. Tribal Rites will be held at the Sac & Fox Community Building on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be held at the Sac & Fox Cemetery on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Services in Stroud, Oklahoma.
