Carmen Grass

Carmen Sue Grass was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on June 8, 1944 and died in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the age of 65 years. Carmen was the daughter of John and Helena (Brady) Grass. She was a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for 30 years. Carmen was a member of the Nagawee Indian Methodist Church and worked as an Electronic Technician. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Survivors include, One Son & daughter in law, Larry & Alexia Grass of Konawa, OK, One Daughter, Anita Thorpe of Oklahoma City, Ok, Four Brothers & Sisters in laws, John & Joanne Grass of Shawnee, OK, Samuel & Billie Grass of Oklahoma City, OK, Richard & Loretta Grass of Wewoka, OK, Jeffrey & Elizabeth Grass of Ponca City, OK, Five Sisters & Brothers in laws, Sharon & Riley Poodry of Fullerton, CA, Mary & Don Abney of Davenport, OK, Shalah Grass of Shawnee, OK, Latricia Switch of Oklahoma City, OK, Gloria Grass of Shawnee, OK, Six Grandchildren, Nickolas, Jarred, Larra, Wayne, Dakota, & Alec John, Six Great Grandchildren, Others relatives and friends. Wake service will be at the Sac & Fox Community Building on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be at the Sac & Fox Tribal Cemetery on Wednesday August 5, 2009 at 10:00 A. M. with Rev. Mike Grass officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, OK.
