Bobby Gene Osborn

Bobby Gene Osborn was born on November 28, 1931, in Seminole, OK, and departed this life on Monday, September 25, 2006, in Shawnee, OK, at the age of 74. Bobby, the son of George W. and Audry Hayden Osborn, was a resident of Prague since 1980. Bobby retired from the United States Navy following 20 years of service. His tours of duty included both the Korea and Vietnam eras. Following his retirement, he worked as a salvage diver for the Navy. Bobby also drove a truck for 20 years and was a life member of the VFW and IOOF. He married SallyJo Thompson on June 16, 1984. His parents and one brother, Billy, preceded Bobby in death. Survivors include his wife, SallyJo Thompson of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Donna Osborn of Santa Fe, NM, Richard and Mary Osborn of Shawnee; daughters and son-in-law Shawn Jamison of Portland, OR, Patricia and R.D. Lewis of Fayetteville, AR; 9 grandchildren; and one Great grandchild.
