Billy Joe "Bill" Huffer

Billy Joe Huffer, age 65, of Harrah, OK, was born on May 1, 1946, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was the son of Virgil Thomas & Cora Ann (Dickson) Huffer. Bill went to be with the Lord Monday, February 27, 2012, in Oklahoma City, OK. Bill proudly served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard for over 13 years. He married Sue Toll on November 21, 1987, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Bill was a member of the Choctaw Road Baptist Church, Choctaw, OK. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Sue Huffer, Harrah, OK; 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Brian Huffer, Kansas City, MO, Brett & Teresa Huffer, Guthrie, OK; 1 granddaughter, Karlie Huffer other relatives and many friends. Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, March 2, 2012, at Choctaw Road Baptist Church, Choctaw, OK, with Dr. Rick Sowell officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00PM at Guthrie Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
