Billy Dean Riley

Billy Dean Riley, Sparks, OK, resident was born on February 19, 1956, in Chandler, OK, and departed this life on Friday, December 4, 2009, near Cushing, Oklahoma at the age of 53. Billy was the son of Willis Andrew and Frances Ellen (Keith) Riley. He married Betty Hargis on January 14, 2003, in Arkansas. Billy served in the United States Navy. Billy worked for Service King in Stroud, Oklahoma, paint department supervisor for many years. He also served in the United States Navy. His parents preceded Billy in death. Survivors include, wife, Betty Riley of Sparks, OK, two sons, Willis Andrew Riley of Sparks, OK, David Medina of Sparks, OK, one daughter, Kimberly Medina of Sparks, OK, three brothers, David Riley of Davenport, OK, Dwight Riley of Stroud, OK, Wayne Riley of Claremore, OK, four sisters, Wilma Teters of Davenport, OK,Susie Miller of Chandler, OK, Lory Riley of Shawnee, OK, Patricia Totty of Siloam Springs, OK. Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2009, 2:00 PM, at New Zion Cemetery, Chandler, OK with Rev. Jeromye Jackson officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
