Billie Charline Redford

Billie Charline Redford was born on December 1, 1932, in Salina, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, at the age of 81. Billie, the daughter of Charles and Lillian (Nave) Brown, was a resident of Wewoka. Billie married James Monroe Redford on January 12, 1950, in Okemah. James preceded her in death on December 21, 1995. Billie's parents, husband, a daughter and son-in-law, Burdetta and James Nicely, a grandson, Thomas Nicely, one sister, Freeda McEntire, and brother-in-law, Charles Chapman preceded her in death. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Dale and Pam Redford of Prague; daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and J.R. Reid of Wewoka and Belinda and Joe Shannon of McLoud; brother, Carroll Brown of Henryetta; sister, Georgine Chapman of Henryetta; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild on the way; loved by many nieces and nephews; other family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Earlsboro Free Will Baptist Church in Earlsboro with Pastor J.R. Reid and Brother Randall Miller officiating.
