Billie was the daughter of William A. and Ruby H. Greenfield Herring. Billie married Woody Lair on June 2, 1960, in Parkland, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and a member of Parkland Church of the First Born. Her parents, husband and one sister, Beverly; preceded Billie in death. Survivors include, Sons, Scott Lair of Chandler, OK, Stacy Lair of Chandler, OK, Don Hartsoe of Tuscaloosa, AL, Daughter, Shena Mitchell of Chandler, OK, Sisters, Beth Molloy of Agra, OK, Margie Marshall of Sacramento, CA, 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at Parkland Church of the First Born, Parkland, Oklahoma, with Bro. Richard Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Parkland Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
