Betty Sue Burns

Betty Sue Burns was born on December 20, 1964, in Oklahoma City, OK, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 43. Betty Sue was the daughter of Franklin Claude and Geraldene Holleman Burns. She graduated from Chandler High School in 1983. Betty Sue attended the University of Central Oklahoma. She was a medical worker for many years. Betty Sue was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City, OK. She enjoyed reading, horses, music, poetry, family time, work and traveling. She leaves behind her beloved pet poodle, Sidney. Her father and grandparents preceded Betty Sue in death. Survivors include, Mother, Geraldene Burns of Chandler, OK, Brother & sister-in-law, Frankie B. & Kelly Jo Burns of Davenport, OK, Four nephews, three nieces & one great nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008, 1:00 P.M., at New Zion Cemetery in Chandler, OK, with Rev. Hugh Willoby officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
