Betty Jo Jordan

Betty Jo Jordan, long time Shawnee, Oklahoma, resident, was born on July 31, 1928, in Cisco, Texas, and departed this life on June 14, 2007, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 78 years. Betty was the daughter of Roy and Ollie Mae Spoon Hall. She married Walter W. Jordan on December 24, 1946. Betty worked as a teacher aide at Grove School in Shawnee for many years and was a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church and Eastern Star. Her parents, husband, one daughter, two brothers, and two sisters preceded Betty in death. Survivors include, One son, Danny Jordan of Meeker, OK, One sister, Margie Cahill of Ark, Three grandchildren, Tracy & husband, Travis Loveland, of Shawnee, OK, Brian & wife, Samantha Neal of El Reno, OK, Scott Burks of Shawnee, OK, Six great-grandchildren, Kody, Kory, Kayci Loveland of Shawnee, OK, Ashley Neal of Shawnee, OK, Jessie and Dusti Neal of El Reno, OK. Other relatives and many friends. Viewing will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Chandler, Oklahoma, on Saturday, June, 16, 2007, from 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM then on Sunday, June 17, 2007, at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Meeker, Oklahoma, from 12:00 PM till 8:00 PM
