Bessie Glee Grimes

Bessie ?Glee? Grimes, formerly of Harrah, OK, age 88, was born on September 7, 1915, in Weatherford, OK. She was the daughter of Carl & Mina Lambert Ohnsman. She went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2004, in Lincoln, NE. Glee married Claude Grimes in Harrah, OK, on March 1, 1941. She was a homemaker, and a former member of the First Baptist Church in Harrah, OK. Glee moved to Lincoln, NE, to be near her daughter, she then moved her membership to the Bethel Baptist Church in Lincoln, NE. Glee was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Claude Grimes and one brother, Claude Ohnsman. Survivors include 2 daughters & 1 son-in-law, Nancy Mize of Lincoln, NE, and Claudia Grimes & Gary Maynard of San Diego, CA; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 22, 2004, at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
