Berta Louise Moyer

Berta Louise Moyer was born on December 4, 1933, in Oklahoma City, and departed this life on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, in Elk City, Oklahoma, at the age of 83. Berta, the daughter of Lattie and Ruby (Smith) Jones, was a resident of Elk City, Oklahoma. Berta married Bill Moyer on March 25, 1985. Berta graduated from Seminole High School. Berta's parents, husband, a brother, Gene Jones and one sister, Helyn McGee preceded her in death. Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, Les and Amy Preston of Tulsa, Marc Preston of Reno Nevada; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Myron Junior Emmons of Canute; grandsons, Jason and Susan Thomas and their son, Aidan Thomas of San Antonio, Texas, Matthew Emmons of Elk City; brother, Lattie Jones of Ada; sisters, Mildred Khoury of Konawa and Vanita Bell of Woodward and many other family and friends A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at the Prague Cemetery in Prague with Rev Dr Sonja Tobey officiating.
