Beatrice Faye Hanks

Beatrice Faye Hanks was born on August 13, 1927, in Rossville, and departed this life on Monday, September 11, 2017, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 90. Beatrice, the daughter of Charles Willard and Mary Jane (Lancaster) Roberts, was a resident of Prague. She married Earl Vernon Hanks on June 22, 1946 in Amarillo, Tx. Beatrice was a member of the Seminole First Assembly of God Church in Seminole. Beatrice’s parents; husband; sister, Sylvia Yeager; grandson, Scott Hanks; daughter, Nancy Hill and niece, Karolyn Yeager preceded her in death. Survivors include her stepson, David Hanks, of Ohio; nephew, Tommy Yeager, of Oklahoma City; nieces, Patsy Moore, of Seminole, and Joanne Flemming of Prague, and many other family and friends. A graveside memorial services will be held at a later date at the Rossville Cemetery with Doyle Long officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
