Arnold Earnest Martin

Arnold Martin was born on October 25, 1914, on a farm north of Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, August 30, 2006, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 91. Arnold was the son of Theodore F. and Klara Minnie Vieweg Martin. Arnold married Gladys Hillman in 1935. She preceded him in death in 1958. On December 21, 1959 he married Pauline Smith in Poteau, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on May 15, 2005. Arnold farmed in the Prague area his entire life and also owned, operated, and rebuilt Allis Chalmers tractors over a 40 year period. He was also preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, and 5 sisters. Survivors include, sisters, Linda Nelson, Mustang; Ella Washam, Oklahoma City, several nieces and nephews and their families.
