Anthony JeneRay Lee, of Paden, Oklahoma was born, February 17, 1989 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Anthony Doyle Lee and Anne Michelle Batey . He departed this life on Saturday, April 18, 2009 in Paden at the age of 20 years, 2 months and 1 day. A. J. had attended Carl Albert High School in Midwest City. He graduated from Paden High School with the class of 2008. He was employed by J & C Roofing at the time of his death. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Anne Michelle and Robert Ward of Midwest City; his father, Doyle Lee of Paden; maternal grandparents, Wilbur Ray & Jo Batey of Midwest City; paternal grandparents, Gene and Adabell Eastep Lee of Paden; sisters, Chelsey Lee of Midwest City, Kyla Beverly and her husband, Aaron of Wichita, Kansas; one niece, Jayden Beverly of Wichita, Kansas; uncles, Howard Self of Shawnee, Jackie Lee of Levelland, Texas, Tunney Lee of Okemah, Sherdel Lee of Paden; aunts, Ada Johnson of Paden, Kathy Smock of Paden, Clonda Rogers of Paden, Vickey Lee of Prague, Mickey White of Paden, Shay Lackey of Paden The family will receive friends at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague on Monday, April 20, 2009, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 2:00 PM, at the Paden Freewill Baptist Church in Paden with Rev. Steve Green, Rev. Paul Sharpe and Rev. Jim Eastep officiating. Interment will follow at the Paden Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Paden Alumni Association, P.O. Box 215, Paden, OK 74860 in memory of A.J. Lee, or to the charity of your choice.
