Amy Lou Sullivan

Amy Lou (Bennett) Sullivan was born on March 4, 1955 in and departed this life surrounded by family on December 24, 2022.

Amy was the daughter of the late William “Bill” Bennett and Janie L. (Teal) Bennett. She met and married William “Tim” Sullivan on October 16, 1990. Amy made a career out of the military, serving with the Air Force until her retirement in 1996. Amy lived in few places when she was younger then settled in Stroud in 1991. Amy enjoyed plants and gardening and watching deer outside of her home, even putting feed out to be able to have them come up. She was into shopping, Nascar and watching the St. Louis Cardinals. Eureka Springs was like her second home, she loved to travel and spend time there. Amy was one with a huge heart who loved to give, no matter what. She always enjoyed spending time with her family. Amy’s beautiful kind soul will be missed by all who knew her.

Amy was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Janie Bennett and brother Benny Bennett.

Amy is survived by husband Tim Sullivan; daughter Brittney Nichols; daughter April (Tye) Miller; grandchildren, Bret Nichols, Brady Nichols, Abby Bolding, Ryder Miller and Aiden Miller. She is also survived by beloved dog Bo Wittles and a host of extended family and friends.

Services will be held on Thursday December 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Stroud Christian Church with Pastor Will Fine officiating with graveside service to follow at Stroud Cemetery.
