Allen Lee Ladra

Allen Lee Ladra was born on September 13, 1922, in Prague, OK, and departed this life on Tuesday, December 6, 2005, in Prague at the age of 83. Allen, the son of Joseph John and Fannie Pechacek Ladra, was a life-long resident of Prague. He married Cornelia 'Corky' Hayes on June 14, 1947 in Shawnee, OK. Allen served his country with the United States Army during World War II. He was a farmer and a member of the Garden Grove Missionary Baptist church. His parents; brother, Harold Ladra; and sister, Mildred Snodgrass, preceded Allen in death Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Cornelia 'Corky' Ladra of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Gary L. and Sandra Ladra of Prague; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and W.T. Strait of Prague; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
