Alice M. Grant

Alice Grant was born in Avery, Oklahoma on August 29, 1918 and departed this life on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years. Alice was the daughter of Grover and Clara (Falls) Morris. She was a resident of Stroud most of her life. She was a member of the Only Way Baptist Church and worked as a Dietician. She was a member of the Sac & Fox Nation. She married Elmer H. Grant in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 21, 1960 and he preceded her in death February 9, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Kenneth, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Survivors include, One Daughter, Jellene Factor of Stroud, OK, One Sister, Viola Prewitt of Stroud, OK, Five Grandchildren, Kenneth Miller Jr., Kimberly Miller, Jared King, Jacklyn Williams and Jeremiah 'Bull' King, Sixteen Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren, Other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Stroud, Oklahoma on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Only Way Baptist Church, 9514 S.
