Alfonso Wrenn

Alfonso Wrenn was born in Davenport, Oklahoma on July 8, 1939 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Alfonso was the son of Jesse and Virginia (Carter) Wrenn. He was a resident of Chandler. He was in the United States Army, where he served in Vietnam Era and worked as a Custodian at the Stroud Senior Citizen. He was a member of the Jesus First Baptist Church in Stroud. He loved the outdoors and watch sports. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Survivors include, one son, Russell Wrenn of Mexico, one daughter, Sheila Denson & husband Larry of Davenport, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at the Jesus First Baptist Church in Stroud at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Doran Jacobs officiating. Burial will follow in the Booker Cemetery, Davenport. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers in Stroud.
