Agnes C. Reavis

Agnes C. Reavis, age 67, was born on July 7, 1937, in Neches, TX. On November 1, 2004, God saw her pain and carried her to her heavenly home. Agnes was the daughter of Luther and Funida Johnson Christie. She graduated from Jacksonville High School, Jacksonville, TX, in 1955. She married her best friend and soul mate, Thomas Reavis on July 18, 1958, in Midwest City, OK. They were married 46 years until the time of her passing. Out of this union, they had three children. She enjoyed sewing, baking and having all of her grandchildren and family around. Agnes was a member of the Harrah Free Will Baptist Church and even during her illness, continued to have a strong faith in God. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and sister. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Reavis, Harrah, OK; 1 son, Tim Reavis, Harrah, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Becky & Mike Bledsoe, Harrah, OK, Debbie & Augustine Rodriguez, Ft. Worth, TX; 6 grandchildren, Aaron, Alicia, Stephanie, Thomas, Jessica & Joey and numerous friends and relatives. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 4, 2004, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, with Rev. Jimmy Holbrook officiating. Interment to follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
