Wilda Mae Waggoner Dooley, age 70, went home to be with her Lord Monday, April 23, 2007. She was born in Atoka, OK. She grew up around Atoka and Tushka, OK, graduating from Tushka High School in 1954. Wilda was preceded in death by her parents, W. T. & Jessie Myrtle Miller Waggoner; her husband, Clayton Dooley; two brothers, Leo Waggoner & Glen Waggoner; two sisters, Bonnie White & Jewell Reynolds; and a special friend, Ira Witt. Wilda?s bright smile, wit, and straight forward honesty continues to be an inspiration to many. Even during her long battle with breast cancer, she continued to think of others. SHE WAS A HOOT! Survivors include 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Gary & Barbara Martin, Newalla, OK, Bruce & Mila Martin, OKC, OK; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Willene & Kenneth Evans, Stringtown, OK, Wanda & Robert Calvert, Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Lora & Shawn Hall, Kerry & Derek Eaton, Lacey & James Seibert, Whitney Martin & Brook Maeleen Martin; great-grandchildren,Helea Factor, Ariana Hall, Tyiara Hall, Landen Eaton & Harlie Eaton; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family visitation will be from 6PM to 8PM, Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, April 26, 2007 at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
