Vickie Lanette Williams

Vickie Lanette Williams, 58, a life-long resident of Chandler, Oklahoma, passed away on December 15, 2021, at her home in Chandler. Vickie was born on March 22, 1963, in Chandler, to Leonard Lee and Anna Fern (Collins) Williams. She attended Chandler schools, graduating from Chandler High School in 1981. Vickie loved the outdoors. She enjoyed hiking, and looking around for arrowheads, rose rocks, and mushrooms. Vickie spent many years taking care of her parents before their passing. She will be remembered as a gentle soul who “found value in broken things”, who loved people, and animals alike. She leaves behind her beloved dogs, Hassel and Ruger. Vickie is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Anna Williams; a brother, Stephen Williams; and a nephew, Nicolas Lee Williams. Those left to cherish her memory are her brothers, Andy Williams, and Michael Williams and his wife, Carol; sisters, Mary Jo Miller and her husband Charles, and Debra Hightower and her husband, Rick; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
