Steve Allen Mckinney

Steve Allen McKinney, age 49, of Harrah, OK, was born January 5, 1962, in Wuzburg, Germany. He was the son of Carl McKinney & Karen (Perry) McCormick. He went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, in Oklahoma City, OK. Steve worked as an electronic tech at DK Data for seven years. He married Rebecca Lile on December 17, 1988 in Choctaw, OK. Steve was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Harrah, OK. Steve was a faithful servant of the Lord, he took care of the sound system and never missed anytime the church was open. He was an avid OU football fan and enjoyed working on computers, playing computer games and cooking. Survivors include his wife, Becky McKinney, Harrah, OK; son & daughter-in-law, Wes & Kayley Rains, Midwest City, OK; parents, Carl & Beverly McKinney, Blanchard, OK, Karen McCormick, Murfreesboro, TN; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Susan & Larry Allen, Blanchard, OK, Sonja & Troy Barber, Tuttle, OK; step-sister, Holly Finley, Oklahoma City, OK; 2 grandchildren, Taylor & Ethan Rains; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, Harrah, OK, dedicated to the music ministry or the Kidney Foundation. Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 22, 2011, at Faith Baptist Church, Harrah, OK , with Dr. Dan Campbell officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
