Sophie Louise Hoggatt

OBITUARY: Sophie Louise Hoggatt Sophie Louise Hoggatt was born on June 15, 1924 in Cokeburg, PA and departed this life on August 5, 2019 in Stroud, OK at the age of 95 years. Sophie was born to John and Anna Fenyar Zolmerchik. She was resident at the Stroud Health Care Center since 2012. She lived in Cushing, OK until 1977 when she moved to Rogers, AR. She worked 20 years for Rogers Public Schools as a custodian. Sophie enjoyed gardening, cooking, knitting and crocheting. Sophie was married to Chester Harlow in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 1962. Sophie was remarried to Wally Hoggatt in 1971. He also preceded her in death in 2004. In addition to her two late husbands, she was preceded by her parents, two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include one son Larry and wife Gretchen Harlow of Stroud, three sisters Anna Abood, Dollie Drabik, and Margaret Sahlica all of Cleveland, OH, three grandsons Eric Harlow of Edmond, Jared Harlow of Seattle, WA, Zac and wife Sarah of Yukon, two great grand children Jacey Harlow of Edmond, and Parker Harlow of Yukon. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, August 9, 2019 at at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel with Pastor Paul Ragle officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Services in Stroud, OK.
