Ronnie Alan Franklin

Ronnie Alan Franklin Sr. was born August 25, 1943, in Concho, Oklahoma to Benjamin and Bernice (Spooner) Franklin and left this Earth on July 29, 2019, at the long-time residence he shared with his long-time companion Dorothy Stevens in Prague, Oklahoma. Ronnie was raised in the Stroud and Cushing areas and graduated from Stroud Schools before enlisting in the United States Air Force where he proudly served his Country from 1960-1964. Ronnie was preceded in death by his Parents Benjamin and Bernice Franklin, one Sister Beatrice Franklin, and one nephew, Wesley Franklin. He is survived by his Companion Dorothy Stevens, Son Ronnie Franklin Jr, of Barstow, CA, daughter Teresa Wheatley of Shawnee, OK, Jennifer and Joshua Johnson of Shawnee, Ok and Son Ronnie Stevens of Prague, OK. One Brother Benjamin Franklin Jr and Wife Debbie, and Three Sisters, Sharon, Loretta and Cheryl. Ronnie was loved by his many Nephews and Nieces, including his 7 grandchildren and 2 great Children. The Family will have an open viewing on Wednesday July 31, 2019, from 1:00 - to 5:00 pm at Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Prague, Ok. Funeral Services will be Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Sac & Fox Community Building located on Highway 99, south of Stroud, OK. Burial will be at the Sac & Fox Nation Cemetery.
