Robert Dale Paine

Robert Dale Paine was born in Kansas City, Kansas on February 4, 1935 and departed this life peacefully surrounded by his family in Stroud, Oklahoma on April 30, 2019 at the age of 84 years. Robert was the son of Spellman Frank and Cecil Marie (Flemming) Paine. Robert resided at his daughter's home in Stroud at the time of his passing. Robert honorably served in the United States Army as a paratrooper. Robert was a minister, and general contractor and builder of custom homes. He married the love of his life, LouAnn Nation, in Pauls Valley, OK on November 24, 1955. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Marie Paine, two brothers, Bill and Stan Paine, one sister, DoraLee Haile, and grandson, Antonio Stanzione. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, LouAnn of the home, two sons and daughters-in-law, David & Lauri Paine of Pryor, OK, Bob & Denise Paine of Big Cabin, OK, two daughters and sons-in-law, Robin & Doug Nordmeyer of Apple Valley, MN., Kelly & Rodney Lytle of Stroud, OK, ten grandchildren, Donnell Teal, Blair Salyer, Robert Paine, Karin Carsten, Erika Nordmeyer, Karl Nordmeyer, Kristian Nordmeyer, Christina Stanzione, Ashley Tatum, T.J. Paine, four brothers, David L. Paine, John Paine, Tom Paine, Jim Paine, one sister, Patricia Satterwhite, seven great-granddaughters, three great-grandsons, other relatives and close friends. Memorial service will be held at the Parks Brothers Chapel on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Jim Paine, John Paine and David Paine officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
