Ricky Carl Gouker was born on February 4, 1949, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at his home in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 63. Rick, the son of Vernon Carl and Thadia Beautrice (Burton) Gouker, was a life-long resident of Prague. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He married Teresa Eeds on September 23, 1988 in Chandler He attended the Assembly of God in Prague, was a retired as a lineman for Canadian Valley Electric Co-Operative and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His parents, five brothers, and three sisters preceded Rick in death. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Teresa Gouker of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Megan Coleman and Dusty Walker of Prague, Carly Gouker of the home; grandchildren, Zackary Coleman of Prague, and Zoie Coleman of Prague; sisters, Linda Huggins of Modesto, CA, Francis Friend of Missouri, Margie Dosier of Oregon; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. The Gouker family will receive friends at Parks Brothers Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Gable Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Wehrli officiating.
