Richard Dale Halley

Richard Dale Halley was born on June 8, 1958, in El Dorado, Kansas, and departed this life on Monday, March 2, 2009, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 50. Ricky, the son of Carlene Elizabeth Posey, was a resident of Paden, Oklahoma. He was a mechanic at Rafts Salvage in Tecumseh, was of the Baptist faith, and loved motorcycles. His mother; two infant sisters, one infant brother, grandparents, two uncles, two cousins, and a brother-in-law preceded Ricky in death. Survivors include wife, Penny Halley of the home; son, Richard Williamson of Wichita, Kansas; brothers and sister-in-law, Billy Gene Halley of Shawnee, John Rains of Newton Kansas, Timothy and Phyllis Rains of Shawnee; sisters, Terry Collins of Paden, Sherry Stone of Paden; 4 grandchildren; several uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends. Visitation will be at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague on Wednesday, March 5, 2009 from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Thursday, March 5, 2009, from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 2:00 PM, at Prairie View Cemetery in Macomb with Rev. Larry Sparks officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
