Ralph De Von Carl Sr

Ralph DeVon Carl, Sr. was born in Onaga, Kansas on June 25, 1921, and departed this life in Chandler, Oklahoma on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at the age of 86 years. Ralph was the son of Earnest and Bertha Day Carl. He was a resident of Stroud, Oklahoma. Ralph married Ethel Mae Cooper in Belton, MO on March 21, 1942, and was a member of the Stroud Christian Church in Stroud, Oklahoma. He retired as Major from the United States Air Force where he served in WW II. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister. Survivors include, Wife, Ethel Mae Carl of the home, Two Sons & Daughters-in-law,Ralph De Von II & Ellen Louise Carl of Aroya Granda, CA, Larry Kelly & Ann Wiley Carl of Chattanooga, TN, One Daughter & Son-in-law, Eloyce Mae & Robert Dean Jensen of Stroud, OK, Two Sisters, Mary Rowles of Wichita, KS, Donn Lee Vaulberg & husband Lawrence of Onaga, KS, Seven Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, Others relatives and friends. Services will be held at the Stroud Christian Church in Stroud, Oklahoma on Monday, December 24, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Dwayne Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at the Stroud Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
