Pauline Bernice Orr

Pauline Bernice (Brown) Orr, 92, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2019 in Meeker, Oklahoma. Pauline was born on November 8, 1926 in Paden, Oklahoma to Michael and Rosa Brown. She was the 8th born of 12 children born to her parents. She attended Pettiquah schools. Pauline married Lonnie William Orr on January 23, 1943 and together they had 4 children. Pauline worked hard all her life. She worked at garment factories as a seamstress at Chandler, Wewoka and Prague, Oklahoma. In her free time, Pauline really enjoyed garage sales, cooking Sunday dinner for the entire family, and maintaining a huge garden. First and foremost, Pauline loved her family. She was a wonderful mother and tried very hard to raise her kids to be decent people. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Lonnie; her parents; a son, Jerry Orr; a daughter, Geneva Lee; and all 11 of her brothers and sisters. Pauline is survived by her sons, Mark Orr and his wife Ruth and Montie Orr and his wife, Jennifer; 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
