Matilda Easter Cornela Tillie Miller

Matilda Easter Cornelia Miller was born in Brunswick, Missouri on November 12, 1912, and departed this life on Thursday, January 3, 2008 at the age of 95 years. Matilda was the daughter of Elmer and Nellie White Pearman. She was a resident of Davenport, Oklahoma. She married Ervin Miller in Davenport, Oklahoma in 1930. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Davenport and worked as a cook for Howard Johnson Restaurant. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1981, parents, 2 sons, 1 sister, 1 brother, 1 sister-in-law, and 2 grandsons. Survivors include, Three sons & daughters in law, Charlie & Shirley Miller of Guthrie, OK, Alfred & Laura Miller of Missouri City, MO, Perry & Jen Miller of Hallett, OK, Two daughters & Sons in Law, Terry & Clovis Bates of Davenport, OK, Dorothy & Kenneth Doughty of Oklahoma City, OK, Two daughters in Law:Dorothy Miller of Coweta, OK, Patricia Miller of Cushing, OK, 30 Grandchildren, 46 Great Grandchildren, 17 Great Great Grandchildren, Others relatives and friends, Funeral service will be held at the Independence Baptist Church Davenport, OK on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. with Johnny Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Davenport Cemetery, Davenport, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
