Keri Lee Bridges

Keri Lee Bridges, a resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, was born on September 7, 1971, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, January 25, 2004 in Shawnee at the age of 32. Keri was the daughter of Carol Brooks Salisbury and the late Jackie Crouch. Her grandmother, Vera Crouch, and grandfather, Bob Brooks also preceded Keri in death. Survivors include daughters, Jessica K. Kotulsky, Brittany Kotulsky, Theresa Kotulsky, and Sky Bridges; mother and step-father, Carol Brooks and Ted Salisbury, Prague, OK; brothers, B.J. Salisbury, Prague, OK and Chuck Salisbury, Hawaii; sisters, Ladonna Franklin, Oklahoma City, OK and Lisa Salisbury, Indianapolis, IN; grandmother, Ola Brooks, Red Oak, OK; grandfather, Lewis Crouch, Oklahoma City, OK; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
