Johnny Goset

Johnny Goset was born on August 14, 1935, in Milton, Kansas, and departed this life on Friday, October 1, 2010, at his home near Chandler, OK, at the age of 75 years. Johnny, the son of Avy Fay and Alice Josephine (Prindle) Goset. He attended school in Norwich and Cheney, Kansas. Johnny moved to Oklahoma to work bought an acreage and established a lovely home. He was a talented man working as a millwright, laid ceramic tile in several nursing homes in Oklahoma and Kansas, until his illness forced him to retire. He worked in the pipeline industry. It was on one of these jobs that he met the love of his life Tanya Huth and then on December 7, 2002, in Chandler they were married and lived and worked together in many states. They returned to Chandler for his medical treatments until his death. Johnny was member of the Southern Baptist Church of Warwick, Oklahoma and the Masonic Lodge # 479 in Meeker, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include Wife Tanya Goset of home,one son John Goset of Kansas,one daughter Claudia Ballard of the home,one sister and brother-in-law Betty & Galen Parsons of Cheney, Kansas and three grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends.
