Funeral services for Jay Derek Lee, 26, of Lubbock will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at College Avenue Baptist Church, Levelland with Rev. Tim Smith, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery. Levelland. Texas. He died Friday, September 20, 2013 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Born on January 27, 1987 in Lubbock, Texas to Jack and Sharon (Smith) Lee, he attended and graduated from Levelland High School in 2005. He then attended South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Derek was employed by Gray Wireline Services. Survivors include his parents: Jack and Sharon Lee of Levelland, a brother: Landon Lee and two sisters: Stacey Lee of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Lindsey Lee of Levelland, his grandparents Gene Tunney and Adabell Lee of Paden, Oklahoma.
