Irma Florence Davis

Irma Florence Davis, a resident of Meeker, OK, was born in Clyde, KS on May 10, 1908 and departed this life in Meeker, OK on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at the age of 97 years. Irma was the daughter of Edward M and Rosa Craver Simpson. Irma was a resident of Meeker, OK for the past 2 years, moving from Laramie, WY.. She graduated from Clyde, KS High School and Kansas State University. Irma married Howard P. Davis on May 28, 1928 in Clyde, KS. She taught 3 years in a country school; was the first director of the meals on wheels program in Laramie, WY and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Laramie, WY. She was preceded in death by her husband on February 4, 1970, parents, one daughter.
