Edith Maxine Grover

Edith Maine Grover was born on January 31, 1930 in Warwick, Oklahoma and departed this life on Sunday, September 13, 2020 in Chandler, Oklahoma at the age of 90. Edith was the daughter of James and Lucile (Bunnell) Patterson. Edith was graduate of Wellston High School who went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Oklahoma State University in 1949. She was a great cook who also enjoyed playing the piano, gardening, and needlework. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Lucile Patterson, son Terry Grover, sister Leota Patterson, and brother Robert Patterson. Survivors include daughter Linda Miller and husband Doyle, son Warren Grover and wife Debbie, daughter-in-law Fran Grover, twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, many other relatives, and friends. Graveside services will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the New Zion Cemetery officiated by Rev. Doyle Seeley. Condolences may be offered online at www.parksbrothers.net.
