Delbert Dwain Dossey

Delbert Dwain Dossey, age 77, of McLoud, OK was born on May 13, 1936, in Dale, OK. He was the son of Harley Hugh & Effie Mildred (Wright) Dossey. He left this life on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in Shawnee, OK. Delbert married Mary Ann on November 17, 1957, in McLoud, OK. He proudly served in the U. S. Air Force. Delbert retired from Tinker AFB where he was a quality inspector. He enjoyed sketching things. Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Ann, son, David Dossey and sister, LaVerna Bailey. Survivors include his daughter & son-in-law, Debra & Douglas Roark, McLoud, OK; brother & sister-in-law, Jerry & Emily Dossey, Nicoma Park, OK; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, July 12, 2013, at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
