OBITUARY: Clyde Henry Riggs Clyde Henry Riggs, long time Milfay resident, was born on December 21, 1923 in Roland, Oklahoma and departed this life on Thursday, March 17, 2005 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years.Clyde was the son of James Henry and Nancy Ann Seabolt Riggs. He lived in the Stroud- Milfay area most of his life. Clyde served in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from working for Allied Materials in Stroud and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milfay, Oklahoma. He married Anna L. Skaggs on October 12, 1949 in Bristow, Oklahoma.
